We provide a maximum goods storage period of 180 days, calculated starting from the official inbound date when your packages or cargo arrive at our warehouse. During this storage period, your goods will be safely kept in our warehouse, and you can place shipping instructions at any time according to your sales plan and delivery schedule.
We will send reminder notifications to your registered contact email before the storage deadline approaches, to remind you to arrange shipment in time.
Please note that if we have not received your valid shipping request within the 180-day storage cycle, your goods will be deemed unclaimed and abandoned. If you need extended storage service, please contact our customer service in advance to consult relevant extension policies and extra storage fees.
