What You Can & Cannot Ship via Our Parcel Consolidation Service — Complete Item Restriction Guide

If you are an overseas student or expat shopping from Chinese online stores, understanding shipping restrictions is critical. Wrong items may cause your parcel to be detained by customs, returned, or even destroyed. You will also lose the right to claim compensation for losses caused by non‑compliant goods.

We offer four different shipping channels: General Cargo Channel, Category‑B Sensitive Channel, Battery‑Supported Channel and W‑Channel. Each channel accepts different product ranges. Please read carefully before sending goods to our warehouse.

1. General Cargo Channel (Only non‑sensitive ordinary goods allowed)

This channel accepts everyday goods without batteries, liquid, powder, food or medicine.

✅ Permitted items:

• Textiles: unbranded clothing, shoes, bags, towels, blankets, bed sheets, pillows
• Daily household goods: bowls, cups, toothbrushes, non‑electric small home appliances
• Toys: puzzles, building blocks, non‑copyright‑infringing plush toys
• Stationery: pencil‑cases, pencil sharpeners, battery‑free calculators
• Phone & computer accessories: phone cases, data cables, screen protectors, non‑charged keyboards and mice
• Weak‑magnet goods: bags or wallets with small magnetic snap buttons
• Lighting products (no power source): table lamps, ceiling lamps, floor lamps, light strips
• Other goods: artificial plastic flowers, synthetic wigs, pet toys, plastic‑paper goods, vacuum‑insulated mugs, suitcases

❌ Not allowed in this channel:
Food, medicine, powder, liquid and any goods with built‑in batteries.

2. Category‑B Sensitive Channel

This channel supports food, skincare, powder and similar sensitive goods. Battery‑powered products are NOT accepted.

✅ Permitted items:

1. Food & dried groceries: commercially‑packaged snacks, spicy strips, chicken feet, duck necks, instant noodles, tea, biscuits, vacuum‑cured meat, dried bamboo shoots and dried mushrooms
2. Medicines & health supplements: western medicine, Chinese herbal medicine, health gummies, dried herbal ingredients
3. Epidemic‑prevention supplies: face masks, protective suits, latex gloves, room‑temperature test strips. Mercury thermometers are rejected.
4. Skincare & cosmetics: commercially‑packaged lotion, cream, lipstick, eyeliner, facial masks, toothpaste, hand cream. Luxury brand cosmetics need separate consultation for bulk shipments.
5. Liquids: shampoo, body wash, soy sauce and cooking sauces. Each single bottle ≤500 ml, leak‑proof packaging required. Bulk orders require pre‑enquiry. Hair‑dye and tattoo ink cannot be shipped.
6. Powders: commercially‑packaged coffee powder, seasoning powder, milk‑tea powder, chili powder. Each single package ≤1 kg. White‑colored powders such as milk powder, wheat flour, cornstarch and frosting powder are strictly rejected.
7. Goods over 10 kg per carton are acceptable for personal‑use branded goods.
8. Others: pet food, pet cans, cat litter, dried flowers, poker cards, mahjong sets, solid candles.

❌ Not allowed in this channel: any items containing built‑in batteries.

3. Battery‑Supported Channel

This channel accepts self‑heating goods, certain liquids‑powders and electronic devices with built‑in batteries.

✅ Permitted items:

1. Self‑heating products: heating patches, steam eye masks (bulk carton shipment is not permitted)
2. Selected chemical goods: formal commercial hair‑dye, ink, glue, essential oil, nail gel and flameless aromatherapy (zero‑alcohol ingredients required)
3. Liquids & powders: non‑flammable liquid max 2 L per bottle with leak‑proof wrapping; non‑flammable powder max 2 kg per pack. All white‑colored powders remain rejected.
4. Consumer electronics: mobile phones, laptops, Bluetooth earphones, electric toothbrushes, shavers, beauty devices (non‑luxury‑brand, personal‑use quantity only)
5. Toy guns & massage devices: fascia guns, plastic water‑shooting toy guns (bulk carton shipment forbidden)
6. Kitchen knives: fruit knives, kitchen choppers, large scissors. Blade length ≤15 cm; total tool length ≤30 cm.
7. Other items: tile grout, gel ice packs, cooling cushions.

❌ Strictly rejected for this channel:
Standalone loose batteries, hand warmers, products equipped only with external batteries. Electric wheelchairs, bicycles, electric scooters, electric luggage and hover‑boards are not accepted. Any battery exceeding 100 Wh / 20 000 mAh will be rejected. Steering wheels fitted with safety airbags cannot be shipped.

4. W‑Channel

This channel is specially designed for cosmetics, creamy goods, books and battery‑built‑in devices. Any goods containing alcohol are strictly forbidden.

✅ Permitted items:

1. Battery‑integrated goods: built‑in or attached batteries, power rating ≤100 Wh
2. Books & printed publications
3. Cream‑texture beauty products: lipstick, lip gloss, foundation cream, eye cream, facial cleanser, sunscreen (spray‑type sunscreen rejected), primer, mascara, aloe vera gel. No alcohol allowed. Packages must resist leakage and breakage.
4. Powder cosmetics: pressed powder, highlighter, blush, eyebrow powder, eye‑shadow and loose powder
5. Liquid beauty items: facial masks, eye‑masks, makeup remover, toner, essence oil. Products containing alcohol are 100 % rejected. Good anti‑leak packaging is mandatory.

Absolutely Rejected Items (All Channels)

These goods cannot be shipped under any circumstances. If prohibited goods are hidden inside your parcel: your package will be seized or destroyed by customs, and our company bears zero liability for any loss.

1. Weapons, ammunition & replica weapons: guns, bullets, grenades, mines, fireworks‑related goods, bows, crossbows, replica firearms, gun spare‑parts, batons and offensive weapon replicas.
2. Flammable‑explosive articles: alcohol‑containing products, gasoline, kerosene, gas canisters, phosphorus, sulfur, fireworks, lighters, chemical industrial goods and unbranded three‑no products.
3. Controlled knives: daggers, collectible swords and competition‑grade blades.
4. E‑cigarettes & vape cartridges: personal‑use small quantity may be accepted; commercial bulk quantity is rejected.
5. Illegal drugs & toxic substances: psychiatric medication, narcotic drugs, poison, pesticides and disease‑carrying goods.
6. Tobacco, plants & seeds: tobacco‑related goods, soil, raw timber, fresh plants, flowers, vegetables and all kinds of fruit‑vegetable seeds.
7. Hazardous chemicals & bio‑hazard material: corrosive acid‑base liquids, bacterial‑virus samples and medical biological waste.
8. Public‑health‑risk goods: human remains, organs, blood samples, endangered‑animal products such as ivory and coral.
9. Animal‑related goods: live animals, raw fur, horns, bones and animal parts.
10. Standalone pure‑battery goods: loose power banks, batteries with capacity over 100 Wh / 20 000 mAh and strong‑magnet products.
11. High‑value jewellery & precious metals: gold, platinum, gem‑stones and diamonds.
12. Counterfeit & infringing goods: fake trademark products, pirated copies, knock‑off luxury‑brand goods including LV, Gucci, Chanel, Hermès and Dior.
13. Religious printed materials: religious scriptures, promotional posters and flags.
14. Other contraband: obscene books‑discs and cash.

Important Reminders for Shoppers

1. You are fully responsible for what you send to our warehouse. Please double‑check before purchasing items.
2. When you submit parcel forecasts in our system, please mark special‑product notes clearly for our warehouse team.
3. If prohibited goods lead to parcel detention, confiscation or destruction, shipping fees will not be refunded, and compensation claims will not be supported.
